The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but some issues with the heater needed maintenance. The location is central but impacted by noise from nearby equipment. The hotel had a quiet, nicely decorated, and comfortable room overlooking some nearby equipment that made it very difficult to sleep. The service was welcoming though it could be a bit more friendly for this price range. The location is pretty central and very convenient for exploring Seattle. The dining experience was charged separately even though it was included in the rate. The facilities were decent with minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a very nice bathroom with a good shower, making them super comfortable. Unfortunately, the heater didn't work for the first two nights, which was a bit of a hassle, but the staff eventually fixed it.
